Alle bestellingen in de COPENHAGEN STUDIOS webwinkel worden binnen 48 uur verzonden. Je ontvangt van ons een e-mail met een Track & Trace code die je kan raadplegen voor de status van de zending.
Levering vindt normaal gesproken plaats binnen 1-3 werkdagen.
Wij bezorgen onze pakketten met DHL.
Verzending is gratis en mogelijk binnen de Europese Unie.

All orders placed through the COPENHAGEN STUDIOS Online Store are shipped within 48 hours. You will receive an email from us with a link to track the shipment so that you are informed when your package will arrive.
Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days.
We ship all deliveries with DHL.
Shipping is free for you and possible within the European Union.
Retourneren
Je hebt de mogelijkheid om binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst de producten terug te sturen naar de COPENHAGEN STUDIOS webwinkel.
Als je geen etiket in het pakket aantreft, neem dan contact op met onze klantenservice.
De volgende landen zijn uitgesloten van gratis retournering: Bulgarije, Griekenland, Italië, Kroatië, Malta, Roemenië, Slovenië, Cyprus.
Bevestig het etiket duidelijk zichtbaar op je retourpakket en lever het pakket in bij het dichtstbijzijnde pakketpunt.
Zodra je retourzending is ontvangen en gecontroleerd, storten wij het aankoopbedrag binnen 10 werkdagen terug.
Het bedrag wordt terugbetaald via de oorspronkelijk gekozen betaalmethode (PayPal, iDEAL, creditcard).
De geleverde artikelen dienen in de oorspronkelijk staat en onbeschadigd geretourneerd te worden.
Return
You can simply return your ordered goods to the COPENHAGEN STUDIOS online store within 30 days of receipt.
The return within Germany is free of charge for you. Please use the enclosed return label.
If you cannot find a return label in the package, please contact our Customer Care.
The following countries are excluded from free returns: Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, Cyprus.
Attach the label to your return so that it is clearly visible and simply drop the package off at a post office.
As soon as your return has been checked, we will refund the invoice amount within 10 working days.
The amount will be refunded to you via the originally selected payment method (PayPal, IDEAL, credit card).
The delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of testing – for example, as is usual in a shop for trying on.

Discount codes
If you wish to redeem a discount code, you can enter it in the „Voucher and promotion codes“ field before completing your order.
Discount codes cannot be combined. In this case, the higher discount value always applies.
The discount will be deducted from the total amount of your order.
